Paid 4 hours diagnose which is 1.3 hrs in GM labour estimate book.If you don't mind paying this rate then the place is ok.
People make mistakes even service shops and mechanics but they would never admit to any ever.They have good equipment and some knowlegable techs but they are 5% to 10% cheaper than a dealer.Parts are expensive they obviously put juice on top when most places will show you what they paid if you ask these people won't......beware
